  1. Dear Lisa,

You are by far my favorite graphic designer in the world. I love everything you do, and wish I could buy all your stuff. I am trying a bit… Thank you so much for all the freebies, I really love and appreciate it.
Please keep making those magical things! They are like warm little beams of love and joy (some times even sparks of emotion) in my day.

    1. Hi Bebe,

What a lovely note to leave! Thank you do much! The freebies are a great pleasure, I hope you can put them to good use 🙂 So happy to hear that my work can bring a little joy to your day xx

        1. Thank you so much Nancy, I really appreciate that! I’ve popped you a reply to your email, if you have any other questions at all, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

    1. Hello Sharon, Aw thank you! That’s hugely appreciated 🙂 Thanks for taking the time to send the quick note – short or long, it still means a lot!

  2. Hi Lisa
I’ve just found your work on Creative Market and it’s so enchanting! I have no projects in mind which I would use your gorgeous graphics for so I’m going away to think up a project and give myself a valid excuse to buy Watercolours vol 3. I’m just in love with your creatures, they are so full of life, charm and personality.

    1. Hi Penny! You made me smile 🙂 Thank you, your generous comments about my work are hugely appreciated! So glad you like the little creatures, I enjoy creating them the most!

  3. I just love all of your work. I see children’s books, decor and more! Your illustrations take me to a warm and happy place.

  4. Hi Lisa,

I have watched your work on Creative Market, and it is so apparent you not only love what you do, but that you’re “in your strong stream.” That may sound odd, but what I mean is that, while we may have several streams to choose to swim in during our life (and may dip into all of them), there’s usually one big one that flows really strong. You’re trusting the stream; in fact, you’re playing gleefully in it, and your work shows that.

When you introduced Ryan-O, Mrs. Giraffe, Baby Elie, Little Fox, Lucy and everyone else, my jaw dropped. It’s one thing to illustrate well, but there’s a difference between that and bringing the viewer into a character, giving that character life and personality. That’s the stuff nationally-acclaimed books are made of. That’s something you can’t teach in art or design school. You’ve got that, and I imagine your illustration career, if it hasn’t taken off already, will soar. All the better for the whole world!

Anyway, I hope you keep playing; your work is magical. Thank you for sharing it.

    1. Wow! What a truly lovely and humbling message to receive! Your generous words about my work mean so much to me. It’s always my aim to try and convey the personality of each character that I feel, and some how try and bring it across to the viewer, so for you to mention that makes me VERY happy 🙂 Thank you so much, your kind words are really appreciated! And thank you for taking the time to post this 🙂
