“This was truly one of the very best classes I've taken.”

“The content was exceptional from ideation and botanical creation to vectorizing and arranging flowers in ai. I thought I knew everything there was to know about image trace… lol… but I picked up at least a half a dozen new tricks that I didn’t know about and I’m thrilled to incorporate into my workflow. Thank you, Lisa, for the thoughtful and extremely helpful class!!!”

– Jackie MacDonald –

“Lisa is a brilliant teacher, knows a lot of little tricks and hacks to make your workflow easier. She also really manages to make you feel comfortable and safe, passing on the pleasure of drawing and creating. Lisa has a magical hand at turning a daunting project idea into something doable and fun! You’re in for a treat, trust me!”

Colleen Rothbauer –

“Lisa makes things so simple to understand and gives such good examples and instruction.”

“I liked that it was geared to intermediate users of Illustrator as sometimes classes can become bogged down with too much information about the basics, but even someone with only a little knowledge of Illustrator would be able to follow along with no issues. Very inspiring! Thanks so much Lisa, your classes and tutorials are always so peaceful and zen to watch, your joy in teaching shines through.”

As a licensing artist I understand how important it is to have work in your portfolio that appeals to customers, clients and art directors. Flowers are one of the most popular subject matters and has been my top sellers in my graphics shop. In this class I’ll show you the techniques I use to sketch botanicals and how I approach difficult angles. I share my workflow in Adobe Illustrator where I’ll show you how to vectorise your sketches then put them to work in some fun design projects.

Looking forward to sharing my knowledge with you!
