COURSE PROJECT
We’ll be creating an adorable animal character full of sweet nostalgic whimsy! I’ll be drawing a bunny in class, but you’re welcome to choose any animal you’d love to illustrate.
The importance of reference
The sketching techniques and clothing inspiration tips I share can be applied to any character. Just be sure to do a quick reference check for your chosen animal. Look out for key features like ear shape, head structure, and any distinctive details that make it instantly recognisable.
