I recently bought three brush sets and I love them all! My favorite brush so far is the Lisa Pencil! I just can’t live without it! I love the dreamland set and how that this set blends with the Aqua Real2 set. I like mixing the brushes together! I wanted to experiment with the three set for awhile first before I bought other. I hope to buy more this week. One question, I’d like answered is this though: is there an easy way to understanding how to choose your colors? I’m working on children’s books and when I get an author’s copy of my books…the colors are so different! Is there a way to bridge the RBG and CYMK issue without pulling your hair out …and without having to continually redo your work? Thank You!!!

Thank you for your amazing review! I’m so happy to hear you’re enjoying the brushes, especially the Lisa Pencil – it’s one of my personal favourites too! I’m thrilled that you’re mixing the Dreamland and Aqua Real2 sets and having fun experimenting with them.
Regarding your question about colour choices, I totally understand your frustration with RGB and CMYK colour differences – it’s something many artists face. While there’s no perfect one-size-fits-all solution, here are a couple of tips:
Make sure your project is set up with the right colour profile for print (CMYK). This helps a lot when you’re designing to ensure what you see on screen is closer to what you’ll get in print. I personally create in RGB then convert to CMYK afterwards and do some tweaking to ensure the colours are still vibrant.
If possible, print a small section of your work on the printer you’re using or send it to a professional printer to get an idea of how your colours will translate. You can do some tweaks to the saturation if you need to before committing to the entire job.
While it’s tricky to avoid the colour shift entirely, these tips can definitely help minimise frustration and keep your colour as consistent as possible!
