Is this workbook suitable for complete beginners?
Do I need an iPad and Procreate to use the Workbook?
While the workbook does include tips specific to digital drawing, the vast majority of the content is absolutely relevant no matter what medium you work in. The tutorials, drawing prompts, pose improvements, warm-up exercises, and character-building guidance can all be done using traditional tools like pencil, pen, or paint.
Many of the digital concepts, such as lighting, texture, and layering ideas, can also be easily translated using analogue medium, so you won’t miss out.
And if you prefer a different digital drawing app, many of the techniques shown for Procreate can easily be adapted using the tools available in your chosen software.
Is this a physical book?
No. Drawn to Whimsy is a digital workbook available for both online and offline (downloadable) reading. You’ll receive access after purchase and can view it anytime in your account under the My Courses Tab. Or download the full version of the workbook to use alongside any medium of your choice.
