How to choose both colours for dual brushes in Procreate

Choosing both colours when using dual brushes is important to achieve realistic results when painting in Procreate.

Often users will only select the Primary colour which means the Secondary colour will default to the last colour used. This might give you undesirable results, especially if that Secondary colour is darker which creates a muddy mess.

In this quick-tip video I’ll show you how to set both colours and flip between the two. In addition, you’ll learn how to tweak brush settings for best results.

I used the AquaReal Subtle Duo Colour brush in the tut.
