Are you a Procreate beginner feeling overwhelmed by all the brush choices? Then I think you’ll love this new series!
Before I started creating my own Procreate brushes, I bought quite a few sets in the hopes of making beautiful art on my iPad. Although many of the sets were lovely, they all seemed to share the same problem… too many brushes!
All I wanted to do was sit down and paint. But being faced with endless brushes to scroll through quickly became frustrating and overwhelming. I never knew which brush to choose in the set, or even what each one was meant for. I ended up testing brushes more than actually painting!
That experience is a big part of why I started creating my own brushsets and why I keep my collections relatively small and intentional.
But I know even with tutorials, learning to use more broader-purpose brushsets might still be overwhelming, especially if you’re new to Procreate.
So I gave it a lot of thought and created something I think you’ll love 🤗
Introducing the Master Your Brushes Series, with Blot & Bloom as the very first collection!
Stay in the flow state longer!
Each collection in the series is a focused set of brushes carefully designed to achieve specific results, giving you everything you need, and nothing you don’t, to create beautiful art.
Blot & Bloom helps you stay in your flow while painting, rather than wading through endless options. it’s a simpler, more focused way to create! And because the set is small and intentional, you’ll quickly learn what each brush does and when to use it, helping you master your brushes in no time.
These new brushes, along with the enhancing canvas, create deliciously rustic watercolour art. The results have a lovely soft weathered feel making them quite different to my other watercolour sets.
And of course, I’ve made sure you feel fully supported from the start. You’ll get a Mini Course to teach you how to use the brushes, along with a comprehensive Brush Guide you can come back to anytime.
Plus the Guide has a step-by-step written tutorial walking you through my process for painting a portrait.
