How to paint a cute fox in Procreate – easy digital drawing tutorial

Painting a cute fox in Procreate is easy and fun with these digital drawing brushsets!

I’ll walk you through a step-by-step process on how to draw an adorable animal and achieve a lovely painterly effect in Procreate using the Nitty Gritty Brushbox.

But first you’ll learn how to use one of the multi-shapes included in the Cute Art Creator to create a little fox.

The multi-shape is super versatile and can be used to create many different cute animals. (Here’s another tutorial using the same shape to create an adorable kitten!)

If you’re new to Procreate you can watch the fantastic beginners series here to learn the basics and familiarise yourself with the drawing app.

Let’s draw!

    • Hi Kimberly,

To change the direction of the shapes, draw your line in the other direction. So if you’re drawing a circle for example, from right to left, change your direction from left to right to have the double brush shapes in the other direction, Hope that helps! If you have any other questions at all, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Hi dear Lisa, Thank you for these tutorials. I have a question about the Brusches that you use in this video. I have “Lisa Pencil”, but the other brush I want to use is not in the Brush set—for example, LG-Nitty Gitty. If I should buy them, please send the links, if not, So please help me. Thanks a lot.
